| POP TIME = the time elapsed from when the ball hits the fielder's glove until it reaches the glove at the base to where the fielder is throwing. |
| RATING = an evaluation of the fielder's mechanics and overall skills. |
| Ratings are based on what the`scouts see during the showcase, not on previous performance. You may find a complete explanation of the ratings under the "Players" tab of the Paramount Scouting Bureau web site (www.paramountscouting.com). Paramount Scouting Bureau does not give an overall player rating since it takes more than one look at an athlete for a complete five-tool rating. |
